Planning a visit to Disneyland California in 2026? Rides frequently close down for refurbishments which can last for a few months up to a year or more. There are also rides and attractions that are closing down permanently to make way for new lands and attractions. For those vising in January be aware many rides will be closed during this month.

- Roger Rabbit’s CarToon spin – closed for refurbishment March 30th-May 1st 2026
- Pirates of the Caribbean-closed for refurbishment May 4-June 25th 2026
- Space Mountain – closed for refurbishment February 23-26th 2026
- King Arthur carousel- closed for refurbishment July 6-July 16th 2026
- Matterhorn Bobsleds- closed for refurbishment July 20-July 23rd 2026
California Adventure
- Incredicoaster- closed for refurbishment January 5th-9th 2026
- Grizzley River Run- closed for refurbishment January 5th-March 27th 2026
- Inside Out Emotional Whirlwind -January 5th-22nd 2026
- Jumping Jellyfish – closed for refurbishment February 23rd to March 5th 2026
- Soarin’ over California – closing June 30th to transition to Soarin’ across America
- Monsters Inc Mike and Sulley to the rescue -closing permanently *now 2027
- Silly Symphony Swings- closed infefinitly
