My girls were excited to visit the new Peppa Pig Park as soon as they announced it was coming to Florida. I was surprised at how small the park is since we are used to the big theme parks like Disney and Universal. This really the perfect starter theme park for young kids and you don’t even need to be a fan of the show. The park has 5 rides and multiple attractions to keep the kids busy including a water play area.
There is a stage area where kids can watch live shows and have a chance to meet and take photos with Peppa and other characters from the show.
The main ride is Daddy pig’s roller coaster there is a 36 inch height minimum to ride and over 42 inches to ride alone. This was a cute coaster and since its got a short track you go around 2 times. There is a chance you cold get wet as water does spray occasionally. The really nice thing is that each rider has their own lap bar so the kids are in nice and tight.
Granny Pigs Garden is a playground area with plenty of places to play including Georges fort.
Peppas balloon ride is a fun way to see all of the park from up above.
The muddy puddles splash pad is a water play area that is perfect for the hot days, make sure you bring a change of clothes because the kids will get soaked. There is also a sand play area next to the boat ride.
Grandad Dog’s pirate boat ride is a fun little water ride, this one does not get the kids wet and there is no height requirement.
Grampy Rabbit’s dinosaur adventure lets you ride on a dinosaur around mountains and volcanoes. Riders need to be at least 34 inches to ride. The only ride not pictured is Mr. Bulls high striker which is a ride that takes you up and drops riders back down.
For kids needing a break from the excitement or the heat can relax inside the cinema where they show episodes of Peppa Pig.
There is only 1 dining option inside the park and that is Miss Rabbits diner. They have mac and cheese, peanut butter and jelly and pizza for the kids. For the adults they offer salads, sandwiches and flatbreads.
This park is definitely catered to younger kids, but my older girls had fun too. If your kids are over 8 you may want to skip this park as they may get bored easily with the limited attractions. The Legoland park is just a quick walk over and if you are staying at the Legoland or Pirate hotel you can easily walk to this park making it easy to take the little ones back for an afternoon nap before heading back for more fun.
