The newest Universal ride finally has an official opening date, August 11th the Villain-Con Minion blast ride will open at Orlando Universal Studios in the Minion Land section. They have already begun technical rehearsals so guest visiting before the opening date may still get a chance to ride. We know this new ride, guest will stand on a moving walkway and have handheld guns to shoot at the targets on the large screens. Universal has said that every guest must be able to stand on their own and will not allow for children or babies to be held during the ride.
