We recently enjoyed dinner over the the Roaring Fork inside the Wilderness Lodge resort. They had so many yummy looking dessert we decided to several to share.

First we have the Oktoberfest cupcake. The cupcake is made with dark chocolate and Guinness and topped with a cinnamon buttercream. The flavors worked well together but it wasn’t my favorite.

The Mickey brownie was really hard to get out of its wrapper but the parts we could get off were a dense chocolate, glad we were sharing.

We had to get the campfire cupcake because it was too cute. It was a chocolate cake with a marshmallow frosting covered in crumbs to look like dirt and topped with chocolate rocks.
