Located in its own section of Disney Studios Park at Disneyland Paris you will find the Ratatouille ride. Walking into this section of the park felt a little like Inception as it was supposed to look like the streets of Paris inside a theme park near the actually city of Paris!
This ride does not have height restrictions and is perfect for the whole family.
Due to the popularity of this ride Fastpass is recommended. The system at Disney Paris is much like the old American version, you will put your park admission ticket in to get a fastpass and they are limited to 1 per hour.
If you want a shorter wait and Fastpasses are not an option you can try the single rider line but you will be split up during the ride.
The ride is 3-D and requires glasses to see the animation properly but they are one size fits most and were way too big for our toddler and she refused to wear them.
The ride vehicle are these cute little rat cars. Each row seats 3 across for a total of 6 people per car. If your group has less than either of those you may be seated with a stranger from the single rider line.
During the ride you will feel like you’ve shrunk down to rat size with Remy and Emile.
You will navigate through the kitchen and dining hall with the help of Linguini.
We rode several times and each time I found fun details Id missed the first time, so its worth riding more than once.
The ride ends with Remy and friends enjoying a meal at his miniature restaurant.
Bistrot Chez Remy is located right next to the ride and has a large window that looks out onto the exit so you can peek inside as you walk by.
