Belle from Beauty and the Beast is probably the princess I can relate to the most because of our mutual love of books. Although my library is not quite as large as the one she has at the castle we still have 5 bookcases stocked full. If your family is like ours she is sure to be on your must see list. Here are the current places within Disney World where you can find her. With any of the in park meet and greets consult the times guide (found next to the park maps) to see what times the characters will be out.

In the Parks

At Epcot’s World showcase over in the France pavilion you can meet Belle outside. This is the only location you can find her in her blue and white dress and is currently Belle’s only true meet and greet, she will sign autographs here and at her character dining locations. This is an outdated photo, she used to meet here with the beast but now he can only be found over at Magic Kingdoms Be our guest restaurant during dinner.

Enchanted tales with Belle over in the Magic Kingdom you will find Enchanted tales with Belle. This interactive retelling of the story of Beauty and the Beast puts the kids (and a few grown-ups) right in act. You enter through a magic mirror to get to the Beast’s castle. All the kids are given a chance to play a part in the show. At the end of the story the kids are given the opportunity to have their picture with Belle. She does not sign autographs here, instead they are given a souvenir book mark with Belles signature on it. Fastpass is available for this.

Dinning

Cinderellas Royal Table– This character dining meal is inside Cinderellas castle at the Magic Kingdom. While Belle is not guaranteed to be here at every meal, she is one of the princess that tends to be popular in the rotation. This is a 2 table service credit meal on the Disney dining plan.

Akershus Royal dining hall: Princess storybook dining-Located within the Norway pavilion in Epcot’s World showcase. Your family will have the opportunity to meet with Belle and pose for a picture take by a Photopass photographer (the only one at this location) before you are seated at your table. They used to give you a printed copy of the picture at the end of the meal but recently discontinued that.
