At Universal Island of Adventure there is a whole land dedicated to the popular works of Dr.Seuss. At the character zone you can meet the Cat in the Hat along with Thing 1 and Thing 2. Sometimes the Cat in meets inside the store other times he’s outside. They also have a story time near Circus Mcgurcus and the Dr.Seuss characters will come out at random and guest will have a chance to take photos at the end.
