We really like the Sapphire Falls resort when staying on property at Universal and the pool is not to be missed. The pool here is 16,000 sq feet which makes it one of the biggest on site.
For the little ones they have a small water spray area, there is also a shallow area in the middle of the pool that works as a walk way so you don’t have to walk all the way around the pool.
The 100 foot long water slide is a hit for the older kids.
This pool area definitely transports you to the islands, they have white sand areas which my kids were immediately drawn to. There are plenty of lounge chairs and private cabanas for rent.
There is a small out door bar as well as poolside service available. Menus were out on the lounge chairs.
There is also a decent sized hot tub that I missed getting a photo of and this nice fire pit which was perfect for the gloomy weather when we visited in March.
There are 2 of these stands set up where you can request towels and they also offer complementary water and sunscreen.
This pool was pretty amazing and unfortunately the cold weather during our trip prevented us from fully experiencing all that it had to offer. The nice thing about Universal resort vs Disney is that they allow guest to pool hop, so if you are staying at any of the Universal resorts you can visit this pool!
