October 1st a new show premiered at Animal Kingdom. The show takes place over the Discovery river with seating near the theater where the Finding Nemo musical was. Additional seating can be found in front of Expedition Everest but you get a better view of all the kites on other side.
The show has both large kites flown over the river by cast members on jetskies and smaller ones held down in the front of the seating area.
Each show last 10 to 15 minutes and there are 2 different stories with kites from the Jungle Book and the Lion King. We saw the Jungle Book show.
