A few months ago Disney decided to do away with its mini bottles of shampoo and conditioner and instead install refillable bottles in the resort bathrooms. I am sure this is much better for the environment but guest who looked forward to taking back the bottles as souvenir will be disappointed. I don’t mind the change, however the one in our room were not working well the shampoo only worked every few pumps even though you could see it was full and the conditioner didn’t work at all.
If you remember the previous offerings were small tubes of shampoo, conditioner and body wash which can are all offered in the new set up. They still the small bars of soap if the body wash is not your thing. If you are traveling in the near future you may want to bring your own from home to save yourself the trouble.
