The family suite is split into to areas separated by a sliding door. The front half of the space had the kitchenette along with a living room. The kitchen area had a pod style coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. There is a island style bar with 2 stools for eating aside from a small table in the living area there was not really a family space to eat. We really like the table in the suite over at Surfside/Dockside.

The living room had plenty of seating for all of use to relax, this was a nice change to most of the other resorts we have stayed at. The couch also folds out into a double bed, see next photo. I will say there is not a lot of space to move around once the bed is open so you almost need to put it away every morning.

The bedroom area has 2 queen sized beds and its own tv (not pictured but mounted on the opposite wall). The access to the bathroom area is in here so you would not be able to have complete privacy. Our room also had a small closet area with plenty of space to store luggage and hang your clothes.

The bathroom area consists of a private shower/bathtub in 1 room and the toilet in another. Both are connected to a single sink area with space to keep all your toiletries.

Keeping with the retro 50s/60s theme the resort has VO5 brand shampoo and conditioner and for the bar soap they have Zest! I couldn’t help but sing the “Zest fully clean” jingle in my head every time I saw the label.

The room with the toilet felt odd and small. It was also a bit silly the room with the shower got a spare sink but not this room.

The girls really enjoyed our stay at this resort mostly because of the pool and lazy river, but also because there is plenty being offered like a bowling alley. The food choices in the Bayline dinner were pleasing to the whole family, the only downside was we had to eat there instead of brining the food back to the room as there just wasn’t enough space for the kids to eat and not make a mess. We will for sure be back again.
