The Bayliner diner is the main restaurant at the Cabana Bay resort. During breakfast hours they feature traditional American breakfast items like fruit, oatmeal, pancakes, bagels and more. For those just wanting their morning cup of coffee there is a Starbucks just around the corner next to the gift shop.
The regular order of french toast comes with a side of bacon but can be substituted at your request. Came with syrup and what they called strawberry compote but was really just a strawberry flavored syrup and a slice of actual strawberry.
Kids order of french toast just comes with 2 pieces and syrup and strawberry compote on the side. Powdered sugar can be added but you must request.
Kids chocolate pancakes comes with syrup and a chocolate sauce. These get really messy so grab napkins.
Kids waffle topped with whip cream and strawberries. All the kids meals also come with small juice, milk or water.
We also choose try the scrambled eggs since we had so many carbs. They were nothing special but felt healthy.
We like to eat breakfast at the resort on days we aren’t going into the park otherwise we grab voodoo doughnuts or breakfast at one of the quick services in the park itself, so we don’t waste any park time.
