We have officially eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner at Be Our Guest. For those not familiar this is the newer Beauty and the Beast inspired restaurant located in the New Fantasyland area of Magic Kingdom. Since opening at the end of 2012 this has been a hot spot and reservations are still recommended and hard to get during the busier times of the year.
This restaurant is unique as breakfast and lunch are quick service meals but dinner is a table service. Dinner is the only time that you can meet the Beast. Breakfast is offered between 8am to 10:30, this means during some days you can enter the park before it officially opens if your reservation is early enough. Breakfast is a fixed price as of 2019 cost is $28 per adult and $15 for kids and your drink is not included in that price. If you have the Dining plan this will count as 1 quick service meal which makes it one of the more popular dining spots.
You will first need to check in outside, if you already ordered your food when you made your reservation they will give you a table marker and you can head in and find a seat. If you did not pre-order you will head inside to one of these kiosks where a cast member will help you order. They will then give you your table marker (a rose) which lets them know where to bring the food.
Next you get to choose a seat in one of three different rooms. Shown above is the Grand Ballroom, there is also the Castle gallery and the West-wing (can be scary for little ones) it’s a bit dark with occasional thunder/lightning. You will find the rose under the glass just like in the story in the West-wing.
The drinks here are mostly self serve and the rest are brought to the table with your meal. This this counter you will find Soda, tea, coffee, juice and hot chocolate.
At breakfast the price includes a selection of pastries for the table to share, because there were 5 of us we were given 2 servings.
Our oldest got the Crepes de Cogsworth stuffed with yogurt and fresh fruit.
Our other kiddo got Fifi’s french toast served with warm syrup and a side of fruit.
Hubby got the Croque Madame. Ham, fried egg, gruyere cheese covered in bechamel. This also came with a side of fresh fruit.
I decided to try the Feast a la Gaston. This nice traditional breakfast had eggs, bacon, sausage and fried potatoes.
For guest who are over the age of 21 you have the option of adding an alcoholic beverage. We had the dining plan when we ate here and my mimosa was no extra charge.
This meal came with plenty of food, none of us left hungry that’s for sure. Highly recommended breakfast spot if you have the dining plan. If you book your meal before the park opens sometimes the cast member will let you ride the 7 Dwarfs mine train next door with no wait (added bonus!) but this does not always happen.
