Q: We heard there is something called dine and play on the Disney cruises, what is it and does it cost extra?

A: Dine and play is for families with kids that are registered for the Oceaneers club and lab, currently this is for ages 3-10 years old. If you have the 8:15pm dining time which is the 2nd seating in the rotational restaurants on the ships. Counselors from the Oceaneers club will be at the restaurants around 9pm to check-in and escort the kids to their club so the adults can relax and enjoy the rest of the meal. This service is no extra cost but the kids must be enrolled already with the Oceaneers clubs.

My kids love having the option to leave dinner early to go play. This is another great perk to traveling with Disney.
