In the last year Disney World has tried to offer more special ticketed events for it annual passholders, they came up with V.I.Passholder nights. So far they have only been held at Epcot and Magic Kingdom. These events are open to Gold, Platinum, Platinum plus and Premier passholders. These events do not cost anything extra but do have a limited capacity so you will want to register as soon as you get the invite.

If you are a current annual passholder you will receive an email to register for just one of the dates being offered. You may register up to 3 other guest but they must also be passholders and linked up to your My Disney Experience account. Since these are first come tickets you may have to wait a few minutes to register. You will receive a confirmation email after you are registered and it says to bring it with you but we have never been asked for it.

On the day of the event there will be a separate check in line where you will get a bracelet similar to the Not so scary and Christmas party. Not all attractions will be open but the ones that are will have a much shorter line. Fastpasses are not available at these events. We attented the Epcot night in September and enjoyed how empty the park felt. The only down side is that these are held later in the evening and since we have little kids they don’t last the whole event. Still a nice perk to being a passholder and I hope Disney continues to offer these.
