We continue our walk around the Showcase just after France.

The paella was nice and flavorful and the seafood salad was cool and refreshing. Our oldest kiddo didn’t care for the vinaigrette on it, but the rest of us enjoyed it.

The next deserts are from the Chocolate studio booth, apparently I missed a photo of the booths menu.

This is the sweet dark chocolate raspberry torte. This was good as it was not to sweet but it was still very rich we ended up just splinting 1 and that was more than enough.

The liquid nitro chocolate almond truffle was our hands down favorite this year. On the day we did our taste around the showcase the sun was so hot and this was the perfect desert. Its served cold almost like and ice cream.

Hubby wanted to try the hot spicy curry so I tried a bite and was sadly disappointed there was no kick to it at all.

The picture makes it look smaller than it was but there were 3 shrimp inside and it was fairly good. The sauce was on the bland side.

You can see the other booths from part 1 here.
